콤팩트한 타입으로 50,70,100,120각의 SIZE로 제작되며 센서 레일 일체형으로 좌우 공간 확보가 용이하며, 밀폐형 타입으로 내부 보호 및 외부 파티클 유입을 방지하는 구조입니다.
뿐만아니라 일체형 리니어 볼가이드방식의 액츄에이터도 개발하여 기존 액츄에이터 대비 30~40% 낮은 높이의 제품을 구현했습니다.

Actuators of Mentor TNC Co., Ltd. are used in various production process lines as well as inspection equipment, especially semiconductors and LCDs.
As a compact type, it is produced in sizes of 50, 70, 100, and 120 angles, and it is easy to secure space on the left and right with an integrated sensor rail.
In addition, we developed an all-in-one linear ball guide type actuator to realize a product with a height of 30-40% lower than that of the existing actuator.
